WHO ARE WE?
Journeys is a user-led organisation. This means that we try to involve our supporters in every aspect of decision making, including the development and management of the organisation, our activities and our projects.
The staff at Journeys are:

Information & Communications – Helen Robinson
Training Co-ordinator – Jacqui Rafferty
Office Manager – Julia Kaye
Journeys has a large number of committed volunteers, in the office and facilitating the self-help groups across Wales. Each and every one plays a vital role in the running of the organisation, without them we would not be able to achieve our goals, and we are extremely grateful for all their support.
The management and governance of Journeys is overseen by the Board of Trustees.
The staff, volunteers and trustees of Journeys are a diverse group, with differing expertise, backgrounds and experiences. What they share is that they all have a personal experience of depression and they have all made a commitment to working to improve the lives of all people affected by depression.
