About our group: we provide a place where people affected by depression can share experiences and coping strategies without feeling stigmatised, and learn about mental health and well being and receive encouragement to practice self-help.

We provide a free counselling service, a free self-help book loaning service and leaflets about mental health and other local support services.

Where: Deeside Community Hospital, Connah's Quay
